Here Are My Focus Points
School Safety
I believe that every student deserves a safe environment to learn. This includes building security from outside threats to the well-being of our children. This must be a priority. I will advocate for enhanced security measures in our schools, addressing disruptive behavior in our classrooms to physical violence of classmates. I will advocate for a school environment where decency and common sense rules will be implemented and supported.
Fiscal Responsibility
As a business owner, I understand the importance of financial management and stability. I will examine the school budget to review the spending patterns and expenditures. I want to ensure your tax dollars are being managed properly. I firmly believe that every dollar spent should positively impact our students and ensure the continued success of our school district.
Student Preparedness
The fundamental responsibility of our educational system is to prepare our children to enter into the world prepared and equipped to succeed whether it is college, a career or military. The most important step is focusing on the fundamental educational principles and academic standards. Our children MUST be proficient in core areas of reading, writing and arithmetic. I will advocate for our schools to prioritize a traditional education and curriculum free from ideology.
